As the 138th Canton Fair nears its conclusion, VICPAS had the pleasure of welcoming an Indian customer to our headquarters for an in-depth business visit on November 3rd, 2025. Despite a busy exhibition schedule, the customer made time to personally visit VICPAS to discuss cooperation opportunities in industrial HMI accessories.

During the meeting, the customer confirmed an onsite purchase of several Allen Bradley and ESA HMI replacement parts, making full payment in U.S. dollars at our office. The warm exchange strengthened mutual understanding and reflected the customer’s confidence in VICPAS product quality and service efficiency.

The reception team consisted of Sean, Lina, and Nicole. Sean handled transportation, while Lina and Nicole took care of product presentations and order coordination. Although the group photo features Lina and the customer, the entire team contributed to ensuring a professional and pleasant visit experience.
